The 27 year old Kassetas plays tenor, alto and soprano saxes plus piano on this outstanding debut. All tracks are his own jazz compositions and arrangements. The album was recorded live in the studio in three sessions, capturing intact the energy and the jazz-funk groove of Yiannis and his Wizards. George Kontrafouris plays the piano on two tracks and the album’s producer Dimitri Vassilakis blows the left track tenor on another.
