Antonis Livieratos – 4 1/2

Antonis Livieratos is a veteran musician of the alternative and of the electronic Greek scene, an art figure deeply respected in Greece. He started recording in 1997 and since then he has released 9 albums either as a solo artist, or with Chapter 24, or in collaboration with other solo artists (check Sotiris Debonos).
In the past he has been a member of two important (and still active) groups of the alternative Greek scene: Sigmatropic and Illegal Operation. He teamed up with Sigmatropic once again recently working as a keyboardist on their forthcoming album.
He is the lead member and key songwriter of the group english lyrics group Dr.Atomik. He has released two albums with them and he is currently working on their 3rd.
He has composed music for short film and for theatre performances.
Recently his song “O xronos den me afora” was covered by Maria Latsinou on her album “Mia Anasa Meta: Live@ILION plus”.
“4 1/2″ is the first Livieratos album released by Puzzlemusik and it is his first album with Greek lyrics in 18 years (since 2000′s “To Plastiko Kouti” released on the historical Greek label Hitch-Hyke.).
