Babis Papadopoulos is in a very creative and productive period.
Shortly after the release of the digital ep “IN[A]HABIT: Music from a dance performance” (Puzzlemusik, October 2022) and the album “Electric Solo” (Defkaz, December 2022) he has his new album ready for release.
“Yennithikame Chtes” (meaning “We were born yesterday”) is a surprise release as it contains 6 songs in addition to instrumental tracks.
Babis Papadopoulos for the first time sets poets to music. Yet another surprise element is that in 3 of these songs, he sings himself.

“Yenntihikame Chtes” will be released digitally on Spotify, iTunes/Apple, Deezer, Tidal and many other streaming services on Friday, February 24, on CD in March and on double vinyl later in 2023.
Meanwhile, we get a first taste with the instrumental track “Paothos se roi” (“Passion in flow”), a melodic electric torrent, as besides Babis Papadopoulos himself, Asklipios Zambetas and Panos Papazoglou also play electric guitar on it. On the double bass is Petros Damianidis, a musician who together with Babis form the main body of sound of the album “Yennithikame Chtes”.
