Sotiris Debonos – Sandpaper Tissue

“Sandpaper Tissue” is the first single out of the forthcoming album “Grainular” by Sotiris Debonos which will be released in streaming and in a very limited CD run packaged in a metal box with a handpainted cover.
The sound source is an electroclassic guitar driving 3 granular delays.
The multichannel recordings – in a linux environment (AV linux) – are a product of solo improvisation. Their original purpose was that of computer programming of the Mobius loop as a tool for asymmetric time segmentation in live performance conditions.
Album will be released April 2025.
