Yiannis Kasetas has completed the recordings of his new album. The album titled “Lucid Dream”
will be released on CD and digital on Friday, March 3rd.

The album “Lucid Dream” describes the dream world of a nomad. Psychedelic nuances of a futuristic megacity where rhythms change and nothing stays the same for long, are mixed with the dreams of the nomad. Dreams originating from a trip to a parallel world full of tropical islands.
The single “Lucid Dream Part I – Synaesthesia” is the first part of a two-part suite.
But for the second part we will have to wait until Friday March 3rd.

The melodic vein of Yiannis Kassetas is well known from his 5 previous albums as a leader, as well as his comfort in supporting his melodies with inventive harmony. Both of these elements are met in this single, as well as a group of experienced and renowned musicians of the Greek jazz community who give their best: Costis Christodoulou (piano), Grigoris Theodoridis (double bass), Dimitris Klonis (drums) and of course Yiannis Kassettas himself on the saxophone.

“Lucid Dream Part I – Synaesthesia” has just been released on Spotify, Apple / iTunes, Deezer, YouTube Music, Tidal, Amazon Music and many other streaming and download digital platforms.
